Calm Companion is a routine app for dog owners. It turns ordinary moments at home and outside into short, calm practice with your dog. One rule runs through every routine: your dog takes part willingly and can always opt out. No drills, no checklists.

Where it helps

• The resting spot: Choose their quiet corner · Reward one relaxed moment · Protect a rest break
• Walks: The sniffing pause · Choose the quieter route · A gentle arrival home
• Doorways and visitors: Before the door opens · Give visitors a plan · Reduce one distraction
• Meals and evenings: A mealtime rhythm · A gentle evening cue · Plan a quiet interval
• Play: A familiar scent search · Rotate a favorite toy · A choice in play

A session, start to finish

Today’s plan shows one to three routines that fit the time you picked: about 5, 10 or 15 minutes. Each routine takes 3 to 5 minutes and has three steps. When you finish, the app asks one question for your journal: What did your dog choose to do?

Pick a focus (a calmer routine, more connection or everyday enrichment) and matching routines come first. Choose “Just starting” and the plan leans on the shorter routines. If you skip on two of the last three days, the next plan is shortened to about 5 minutes, and you can pause the plan and resume it whenever you like.

Twelve themes, one per week

A place to settle, Watch and understand, Gentle connection, A slower walk, Everyday enrichment, Predictable transitions, A quieter home, Choice and confidence, Practice together, Flexible routines, Notice what works and Your next chapter. Every theme has a five-card guide that stays in your library.
