Your app membership
Eligible purchases include the matching app membership: Calm Companion with the Cozy Crescent Pillow; Little Explorer Club with the Little Explorer Backpack Pillow; Daily Rhythm with Ceylon Cinnamon + MCT Oil.
10 days free from purchase, then $40 USD every 30 days until canceled, for each app membership you purchase. The payment method used at checkout is charged automatically. Physical products and delivery are charged once, as shown in checkout; physical products are not automatically reshipped.
Activation and access
After your order is confirmed, an activation email lets you create an account with your order email address and choose your own password. Each successful membership payment provides 30 days of app access. An unsuccessful payment does not extend access.
Cancel future renewals
Cancel before the end of your 10-day trial to avoid the first membership charge, or before a later renewal to avoid that charge. Contact us to cancel your membership. Please use your order email and specify which membership you want to cancel. We process cancellation requests manually and send confirmation; submitting a request does not itself change the billing status. You can also email support@tryluvano.co.
Canceling stops future renewals. Already-paid access remains available through the end of the paid period. A physical-product return does not automatically cancel an app membership; please state whether you also want to cancel. A refund of a membership period removes access for that refunded period.
