The Luvano VIP Club is our app membership. Little Explorer Club and Calm Companion are both part of it. This page shows what it costs, what members get and how to cancel.
Price
10 days free, then $40 USD every 30 days per app membership, until you cancel. It is charged automatically to the payment method used at checkout. Cancel before the 10 days are over and you pay nothing for the membership.

About member prices: in our price check on 24 September 2026, every rewards item we could compare cost less, unit for unit, than a comparable product at Target (US), Walmart (Canada), Tesco (UK) or Woolworths (Australia). Example: the silicone lick mat is $3.99 for members; a comparable mat was $7.59 at Target. Prices are before shipping, which is $5 per order in the US.
The apps
Each product page shows which app is included with that product. Both apps use the member features above, but what you do in them is completely different.
Little Explorer Club is for parents and caregivers of babies and toddlers. It follows a 12-week play path, from “Look, listen, connect” in week 1 to “Keep exploring” in week 12, with 36 supervised play activities such as “Follow their gaze”, “Two toy textures” and “Your turn, my turn”. Its rewards shop carries baby essentials such as bibs, teethers, snack cups and muslin cloths. See inside Little Explorer Club.
Calm Companion is for dog owners. Its 36 short routines cover the everyday moments that matter to a dog:
- the resting spot: a quiet corner and undisturbed rest breaks
- walks: sniffing pauses, quieter routes and a calm arrival home
- doorways and visitors: calmer departures and greetings your dog can opt out of
- play: scent searches and a favorite toy on rotation
Its rewards shop carries dog essentials such as lick mats, poop bags, grooming wipes and rope toys. See inside Calm Companion.
How it works
- Order a product that includes an app. The membership and its price are shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.
- After your order is confirmed you receive an activation email. Create your account with your order email and your own password.
- Use everything free for 10 days.
- Keep it for $40 USD every 30 days, or cancel before the 10 days are over.
Cancel anytime
- Online: open the Help Center, enter your order email and order number, and confirm.
- By email: write to [email protected] and we will cancel it for you.
You get a confirmation on screen and by email. Canceling stops future charges. Access you have already paid for stays available until the end of that period. Returning a physical product does not cancel a membership automatically, so tell us if you want to cancel it too.

- Each app membership is billed separately.
- Physical products and shipping are charged once and are not reshipped automatically.
