How the app membership works

1. Order your productEvery order of these products includes the matching app. It comes with the app membership: 10 days free, then $40 USD every 30 days until you cancel. The membership is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.
2. Activate your accountAfter your order is confirmed you receive an activation email. Create your account with your order email and your own password.
3. Try it for 10 daysYour first 10 days are free. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged for the membership.
4. Stay or cancelIf you keep it, the membership is $40 USD every 30 days until you cancel. Each paid period gives 30 days of app access.
Membership price: 10 days free from purchase, then $40 USD every 30 days per app membership, charged to the payment method used at checkout. Physical products and delivery are charged once, as shown at checkout, and are not automatically reshipped. Full details: Membership Terms.

What each app includes

Little Explorer Club

A play app for babies and toddlers, with a caregiver close by. Comes with the Little Explorer Backpack Pillow.

A 12-week play path. Every week brings a new theme and three supervised play activities of 3 to 5 minutes:

  1. Weeks 1 to 4: looking and listening, familiar voices, reaching and textures
  2. Weeks 5 to 8: rhythm, following their lead, everyday discoveries and taking turns
  3. Weeks 9 to 12: room to move, simple sequences, favorite moments

Try “Follow their gaze”: sit beside your child, notice what they look at, name it in a few simple words and give them time to respond.

Rewards shop: bibs, teethers, snack cups, muslin cloths and other baby essentials.

Inside Little Explorer Club

Calm Companion

A routine app for dog owners. Comes with the Cozy Crescent Pillow.

Calm practice for everyday moments, always at your dog’s pace:

  • Rest: a quiet corner and undisturbed breaks
  • Walks: sniffing pauses and quieter routes
  • Visitors: greetings your dog can opt out of
  • Play: scent searches and toy rotation

After each routine the app asks: What did your dog choose to do?

Rewards shop: lick mats, poop bags, grooming wipes, rope toys and other dog essentials.

Inside Calm Companion

Both apps share the same account tools: a daily plan of about 5, 10 or 15 minutes, weekly guides, an activity library with favorites, a private journal with progress history and optional email reminders.

Cancellations

Cancel anytime, in a few clicks

OnlineOpen the Help Center, enter your order email and order number, and confirm. You see a confirmation on screen and by email.
By emailWrite to [email protected] and we will cancel it for you.
Cancel before the end of your 10-day trial to avoid the first membership charge, or before a renewal date to avoid that charge. Canceling stops future renewals; access you have already paid for stays available until the end of that period. Returning a physical product does not cancel a membership automatically, so please tell us if you also want to cancel.
